Womentaking prescribed birth control the oral contraceptives that is a combo of estrogen and progesterone regularly. had sex wearing a condom pulled out and semen went near bellybutton close to above clit, if some leaked down could it cause pregnancy?

If the woman is taking her BC as prescribed her body will not release an egg when due. No egg=no chance of pregnancy. If she misses a few pills, an egg may be released=possible pregnancy if sperm enter her genitals. Even when taken properly there are occasional failures of BC.
