I saw my last menses 15/2/2021,did a pt test and its positive.yesterday i used misoprostol 800mcg twice sublingually and once vaginally.have not seen any bleeding but have cramps.what do i do?

Misoprostol to terminate an early pregnancy usually takes a few days to be successful. If no bleeding occurs in the next seven days, get a serum HCG test to determine if pregnancy is still intact,then see your gyn provider, as a minor procedure (d&c) might be necessary, as methotrexate may create adverse consequences if the pregnancy is elected to continue.
