Bellclapper deformity of testis most frequently diagnosed when patient has testicular torsion. However, can be self diagnosed if tesis is transverse lying in presence of episodes of acute, severe testicular pain suggesting intermittent torsion or transverse lying testis which can easily be twisted through more than 360 degrees.
