What can i use for belly button infection?

Where is the infection deep or on the skin? The treatment depends on the location.

Agree with Drs. N and S. You may try triple antibiotic cream, available over the counter. If that does not help in 3-5 days, it would be prudent to see a doctor. If you get fever, or a purulent discharge develops, see a doctor sooner. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

See your doctor: He/she will listen to you, give you an examination, possibly order some tests, and provide answers for your symptoms.
