In general, the beta HCG quantitative levels need to be at least 1000 IU/L to be able to see an intrauterine (inside the womb) pregnancy with a transvaginal (through the vaginal canal) ultrasound.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, A molar "pregnancy" can have elevated HCG and no fetus. Wish you good health!
