No, you shouldn't take this rather potent anti-inflammatory medication during pregnancy as there have been reports of adverse effects on the baby. It is more potent than commonly used ibuprofen. I strongly feel that any nonprescription or prescription medications should be ok'd by your obstetrician.

In utero the baby receives O2 from the placenta so blood bypasses the lung through the ductus arteriosus (DA) which closes at birth and blood then flows through the lung to pick up O2. If it doesn't close its called a patent ductus arteriosus (PDA). Doctors have discovered that it can often be encouraged to close by giving the baby NSAIDS. We avoid NSAIDs in pregnancy to prevent early DA closure.
