If a fertile woman got pregnant within the past 1-9 days, her new pregnancy does not show up on urine tests, blood tests, or ultrasound scans. That means she is 2 weeks to 3 weeks 2 days pregnant, by the normal way we count pregnancy weeks. But, if it has been at least 3 weeks since she had sex or got semen, then 1 negative pregnancy test means not pregnant. One repeat negative confirms not preg.
