It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. What you described suggests infection. You may apply triple antibiotic cream, available over the counter. If the swelling does not subside in a couple of days, or gets worse, or you get fever, or have a purulent discharge, see a doctor. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
