I went to put on my clean underwear & i see a light brown dot in front of the underwear. i took it off and sprayed it with clorox & it turned white right away . am i at risk for a disease and or if it was blood from when i picked it up or something?

Not at risk for anything from any spot on your underwear especially after spraying with clorox. In fact you are unlikely to have any problems from underlothes that ahe been washed unless you allergic to detergent or soap used. Hope youu have rinsed out Clorox as skin contact with it could certainly irritate your skin.
