At 26 years old the most likely cause of you symptoms are a UTI . The infection may be secondary to prostatitis or urethritis and may be secondary to a sexually transmitted disease. Therefore it is important to see your PCP and if applicable your partner should be evaluated as well.

I have a constant feeling of needing to pee. It almost hurts, and when I do go i only go a little and the sense of urgency does not change. It is constant and very uncomfortable. It does not hurt when i go, but it feels like my bladder is still full.
