Both my testicles are swollen and i fell a sharp pain my testicles were small a couple of days of go but i thought nothing of it and then they got bigger and the pain became more extreme?

Please see a doctor. There are several possible causes for this, some more urgent than others. It is difficult to tell this without a physical exam. Your doctor may also ask about trauma to the area, sexual activity, masturbation, fever, bruising, redness, ability to urinate, and discharge from your penis, so when you contact them, let them know about those symptoms if they are there.
