What is a hard lump between my anus and the end of my coccyx? after proctologist visit, they said it could be tissue from a chronic anal fissure, but noticed it only after having pain in my tailbone from sitting slouched in a hard chair for hours?

In addition to the proctologist impression, the 'hard lump' may actually be the Tailbone (Os-coccyx) made prominent because of size and posture. Sitting on a 'Doughnut Pillow' to provide air cushion support might be helpful . And if symptoms persist see Physician for evaluation.
