Good day. i was prescribed atripla / trivenz for pep. is it effective pep medicine? i took it within 15 hours of exposure. i did wear a condom but but i had cuts on the lower / shaft of penis from shaving earlier that was not covered by the condom?

Atripla is less commonly recommended for PEP (in the US) but is probably effective nonetheless. Lowers risk of HIV by about 80% but much depends (of course) on the HIV status of your partner. Continue it for 28 days, HIV test (4th generation) at 1 and 3 months.
