I thought i had a yeast infection since i had thick white discharge so i purchased monistat 1. i am on nexplanon and havent had a period in 5 years. the day after using the monistat 1 i am having heavy bleeding and some cramping. what is this?

The main symptom of yeast infection is irritation and itching, not discharge. Any abnormal, new or unexplained vaginal discharge or bleeding requires medical attention, and you have both. Stop the Monistat and see your doctor. Good luck.
