Tough issue: I've had a few female patients on Yaz (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) and yasmin that were helped. Spoke with a local dermatologist and he suggested a trial of spironolactone. Otherwise, acne is a very ungracious problem to treat overall. I hope those two options prove to be helpful for you.
