I had a late missed period 3day feb 13,14,15 of2021came on feb16,17,18 and came off 18 start spotting feb19,20 21 with dark red pinkish could i be pregnant is this a irregular period?

Irreg. bleeding ?'s: Bleeding as described may be caused by pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic), so obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy, and see your gyn provider immediately if test is positive. If the HCG is negative, go for an exam and other testing to your gyn provider.
