I got my iud removed , i had heavy bleeding for 7 days which i logged as a period. i stopped bleeding for 2 days. im now spotting mixed with heavy cm , is that normal ? can it be a sign of returned ovulation or just another iud side effect?

Not sure: IUD's when removed can cause endometrial breakage (lining of the womb) that produces intermittent bleeding after removal. However, it is difficult to determine a definitive answer without knowing more information and an examination.
