Molluscum : This is caused by a pox virus. It is contagious from person to person by direct contact, sharing towels, sharing bathwater, or even from swimming in the same pool. The condition is self-limited and goes away without treatment, although it can take many months. One can pick the bumps off, by stretching the skin tight between two fingers first, and removing the little ball inside.
