I have to suddenly take a gasp of air like every 2 mins. i checked my oxygen is 99-98. i have mild pain in lower ribs. no fever. no coughing but can feel cough inside me in throat and sometimes in ears. fatigue is there. what is it??

Shortness of breath?: Difficulty with breathing, with pain in "lower ribs", with fatique can indicate an upper respiratory virus or Covid-19. Obtain a PCR test for Covid-19 and start quarantine for at least 10 days regardless if the test is negative, along with any close contacts. Go to an ER if respiratory difficulties worsen.
