What could possibly be causing my 1 month old baby to vomit? and how do i help him stop vomiting?

Many conditions: At this age, infection should be assessed. Please check the baby's temperature, nurse/feed as usual, with slower feedings. If the baby has reflux, feeding at an angle of 30 degrees or more, burping mid and after feeding may be helpful. Please see your pediatrician to ensure that there are no congenital defects or anatomic causes.
