Rare: Granuloma inguinale, a sexually transmitted disease through vaginal, anal or oral sexual activity, is considered a disease of very tropical countries. If the prostitute was from one of those countries and had the infection, she could transmit it in Florida or anywhere else but I'm not sure that hand contact only would do it unless sores were on the prostitute's hands.
