This has been going on for a while now (2+ years) and i have trouble sleeping as a result. i try keeping it at bay with antacids and ibs prescribed meds as was recommended by my doc but no solution yet?

Prolonged symptoms: Have you been evaluated by a gastroenterologist, had a gastroscopy, been tested for h pylori? Do you abstain from alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, aspirin, antiinflammatory.medications like ibuprofen, naproxen? If not, do so & I strongly recommend that you consult a gastroenterologist for thorough evaluation and appropriate treatment.
