Keep out of reach: Medications should always be kept out of reach of children, even safe ones like cetirizine. As an Antihistamine, it’s very unlikely to cause her any significant medical problems in the short or long term. The most common side effects are being very dry and sleepy. You should always keep all medications out of reach of children and be careful when you’re dosing them.
