Not OK: Oral contraceptive pills work best when the interval between pill consumption is consistently the same daily. In other words, taken the same time each day to maintain the necessary therapeutic blood levels with pituitary gland suppression of ovulation. Inconsistent pill use is the number one cause of "Oops" pregnancies for this method of contraception.
