I took the depo shot twice and its been 10 months after the last one and i didnt get pregnant until now .and i really want to get pregnant what should i do? and my period is irregular and i experienced a lot of spotting?

Some thoughts: The cited average wait for a desired pregnancy is 6 mo with a range of weeks to a year when they start a baseline fertility. There is some variation in the return to baseline after depo. If you go past a year or so without success it is reasonable for both parents to seek an evaluation at a fertility center. Any noted problem can be addressed or options discussed.
