My girlfriend missed her bcp on wednesday morning. thursday she took both pills late. she starts her placebo tomorrow. will her placebo phase continue?

"BCP taken late" ?'s: Missing an active bcp does not diminish the effectiveness, but will generally lead to light bleeding. Take five days of placebo pills (no hormones) and start a new pack, taking the active pills within the hour of the previous day's active pill. Avoid not starting any given "new" pack more than seven days after the last active pill, or ovulation may occur, with pregnancy possible.
