Fertility ?'s: At over "one year" of unprotected intercourse w/o conception, it is appropriate to obtain a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) to determine if your Fallopian tubes are open, which can also clear the tubes of minor obstruction. Prior to scheduling this kind of test, your physican may suggest a semen analysis by a urologist. Ovulation at age 34 is frequently delayed for a number of reasons.

Need Fertility GYNMD: You need to be seen and examined by a Fertility GYN MD who can assess multiple systems within both your reproductive tract and your partners sperm analysis. There are so many reasons for failure to conceive, not the least of which is the 40% male factor in that process.
