Burning in nipples: Burning sensation can come from the skin if nipples appear dry and cracked. It can be a symptom of neuropathy related to toxin exposure or alcohol related. It also can be due to spasms of blood vessels like in Reynaud’s phenomena. Development of mammary ducts during pregnancy can cause burning in the area. It is not a common symptom of breast cancer but can occur. Please see your doctor.
