Hard to know: The cited average wait for a desired pregnancy is 6 mo with a range of weeks to a year for those at baseline fertility. When you have had an implant or hormonal IUD there is confusion over when fertility returns to baseline. Many would suggest a fertility consult for both parents if you go past 1 yr without success.
