Redness?: Could be skin rash , inflammed cartilage or part of flushing on face. Inflammation of cartilage on both ears can be associated with inflammation. Redness can be part of systemic infection or even allergic reaction. Short term cold compresses and antiinflammatories. Watch for other symptoms than see doc for evaluation.
