Basics: They teach us never to say always or never, but here's the issue. Unless the hands involved were coated by STD germs they would not be available to transfer to the recipient. Most STD germs require genital to genital contact & transfer of fluids. Many die when the come in contact with air or become dry. The scenario is low risk, but I never say never.
