Body odor: If others feel you have body odor, it may be coming from sweat glands in your armpits or groin with production of breakdown products from bacteria colonizing these areas. If this is the cause using antiperspirant and/or medications to reduce sweating are options. If others can't detect bad odors on you, it may be a symptom of a type of obsessive-compulsive psychological disorder. See psychologist
