I have been struggling with diahorea and lethargy as well as sweats with no temperature been self isolating for more than 10 days feeling otherwise bit fluey. i don't think it's covid does this sound like i should be on an antibiotic?

Symptoms: COVID 19 sx’s: dry cough, shortness of breath, chest tightness, nasal congestion, sneezing, fever, headache, sore throat, feeling tired, loss of sense of taste/smell, decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, chills & muscle aches. If a viral gastroenteritis - antibiotics should not be necessary. This could be COVID 19.
