Getting help: Please tell your parents what is going on. Even if you have had difficulty getting a medical appointment, your parents may be more successful doing this on your behalf. You could always start with a telemedicine consult and that provider could provide you with guidance about how urgent this is, whether you need to be seen in person & probably prescribe your refill.
