Uncertain safety: If both partners on effective anti-HIV treatment with virus undetectable in their blood, there is no risk at all. If either is not treated, it is possible to be super-infected, i.e. to acquire a second HPV infection, which could be harmful or dangerous. Both partners hould be on treatment!
