Hi dr i have a swollen and painful knee its been ive over 3weeks its not getting better i didnt have any trauma or post or current injuries ?

Evaluate: You describe one joint, the knee, which is swollen, and appears indicative of cartilage damage. This needs investigation, and a diagnosis. Best to obtain orthopedic consultation, with imaging, and a subsequent decision regarding appropriate therapy, such as injection or even surgical repair.
