I've been tested positive for covid on the 4th. since yesterday my glands are swollen and painfull. i need advice on this. i use the following: multivitamin with lutein and lycopene immumade vit c lintagon?

COVID 19: Make sure to quarantine. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. If NSAIDS are used consider Naprosyn. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant & persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion. Zinc, Vit C & D can be helpful.
