Infection.: Acutally I would encourage you to have this medically evaluated. The skin that is black may be necrotic. The open sores with purulent drainage sound potentially serious. It sounds like you have an infection and antibiotics might be needed. Sometimes, skin needs to debrieded depending on wounds.
