HIV/mono symptoms: These symptoms are not typical for either HIV or infectious mononucleosis, and they probably are entirely unrelated to the oral sex event a month ago -- unless they are symptoms of anxiety and worry. Condoms work and oral sex is low risk for these and other STDs. See a doctor and discuss testing if you remain concerned. If tested for either one, expect negative results. Good luck.
