For a month my balance is unstable, lightheaded/dizzy on some head turn, bp has been high.145/90 after walking in store. occasional oscillopsia. i have c1/2 pain from bad posture. concerned about a tumor. what could this be? no symptoms when sitting?

Been feeling lightheaded for the past 5days now and on the second my dr gave me medicine but still feeling dizzy and when walking it feels like my head is gonna drop and I dizzy. Two week back I did the basic health checks and all was fine.
