Need stimulation: You absolutely either need to nurse, pump or both to get your supply up and keep it going. All the things in the world to stimulate milk production are not going to work if you don't empty those breasts REGULARLY. Otherwise if not being emptied routinely, body thinks milk is ni linger needed and shuts off production. You may want to work with lactation consultant to get baby latched on optimally.
