Wrong place to ask: This is the HT public information site where docs, primarily in the USA answer health questions. You are welcome to post questions about health problems, but we don't treat or provide referral documents. We have no access to or information about your local healthcare options around the world where this site is seen. Contact a local provider for such questions.

COVID-9 Testing: I understand your distress due to possibility of COVID-19. You do not need a referral for COVID-19 Testing. Call Department of Health in your Area of residence or work for Testing. Discuss with them about symptoms of COVID-19. For “shortness of breath and sore throat”, ask them to arrange to see a Physician for Diagnosis and Treatment. Then follow their Recommendations. Your Health is Precious!
