Vomiting,diarrhea: Your symptoms are consistent with a type of food poisoning which should resolve after a few days. Eat light bland foods like light soups, saltine crackers,toast. Stay hydrated by drinking water and flat ginger ale. For persistent diarrhea, take kaopectate or Imodium or what your pharmacist can recommend. If not gradually improving, notify your physician.
