Need more info: The list is too long and can be narrowed by more history and physical examination. Possibilities include, breast abscess, rib fracture, pleurisy, pneumonia, subphrenic abscess,gallbladder disease, muscle strain, pulmonary embolism etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.
