Isolate/ monitor: If you have mild to moderate symptoms, stay home, self isolate and rest. Drink fluids and monitor your temperature. Use Tylenol rather than Motrin for fever control. Symptoms may linger longer than the flu, watch for signs of distress, shortness of breath and stay well hydrated.

Nothing specific: Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
