Vaginal bleeding ?'s: Vaginal bleeding with delayed or missed period may indicate pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic). Obtain a serum HCG test now, and if positive see your gyn physician ASAP, as this needs immediate attention. In any case, this kind of prolonged bleeding needs evaluation.
