Ovulation: If your periods are regular, every 28 days, you probably ovulated 14 days after the start of your last period. That is the time you would have concieved. An ultrasound when you see your doctor can help confirm how far along you are.

See your gyn: go see your gyn doc. In the meantime, you can use ovulation predictor kits and timed intercourse to improve your chance of conception.
