Absent period ?'s: Decreased libido may have complex psychological causes, also , suspension of menstruation can be a result of increased stress/anxiety (school, illness, job related, etc) or several hormonal function changes. Ask your gyn physician for a referral to a reproductive endocrinologist for appropriate testing. Ovarian failure is rare prior to age 35.
