Anatomical question: I haven't known of anyone having the type of flexibility that would allow them to squat and bend enough to look up into their own vagina to see their cervix. A speculum is usually used during a gynecological exam to allow visualization of the cervix.

Then what?: What do you expect to gain by being able to see the cervix, assuming you could by the maneuver, you mentioned? As others have mentioned, unless you have uterine prolapse you are unlikely to be able to visualize the cervix. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
