No medications: It is not recommended that babies be treated with medications for diarrhea.If you are nursing, just continue and make sure your baby is having wet diapers.If you are giving a cow’s milk based formula,you can change to a soy formula or lactose-free formula which are easier to digest.If there is vomiting, fever, cough, decreased wet diapers or the diarrhea isn’t improving, please call baby’s doctor.

Infant diarrhoea: Keep feeding your baby, frequent small feedings or more if baby can handle more. Make sure that there are plenty of wet diapers (urine, not stool). If baby doesn't look well, please seek medical attention. May need more hydration.
